1. Photography Workshops – What to Bring

• Camera battery: Please bring a fully charged battery. If you have a spare, make sure it’s fully charged as well — especially important for evening workshops.

• Memory cards: Check that you have enough free space on your camera’s memory card(s).
   

2. Tripod Rental (Evening Workshops)

• We will use tripods during evening workshops.

• If you do not bring your own, you can rent one for €19 per participant, per evening.

• Tripods are provided in good working condition.

• If a tripod is damaged or a part is lost during the workshop, you agree to pay €125 to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
   

3. Private Photography Sessions – Before You Book

Please review my portfolio carefully before booking:

• Do you like my style?

• Does my use of color appeal to you?

• Does the overall feel of my work suit your taste?
   

If your answer is “yes” to all the above, I’ll be happy to photograph you.
If your answer is “no” or “not really” to even one, it’s best not to proceed.

By booking, you agree:

• You will not make claims about style or editing after delivery.

• You will not request re-editing to match a different style.
   

4. Your Photos – Delivery & Conditions

• Your private gallery will include only the best images from the session, each professionally edited.

• Outdoor photography is influenced by lighting and environmental conditions — not all images will match the original vision exactly.

• If there is a specific shot you want, please let me know before the session.

• Delivery time: Within 5 business days of the shoot, you will receive your edited images in high-resolution JPG format, suitable for printing and social media.

• If I cannot deliver within this time, I will notify you as soon as possible.

• Quantity: Up to 15 edited photos per hour of shooting.

• Unedited photos / RAW files: These are not considered a finished product and will not be provided. By booking, you agree not to request them at any stage.

5. Copyright & Image Rights

Client Rights

• You may use the images for personal use only.

• You may print, share on social media, and display them privately.

• You may not:

  • Sell the images (digital or printed)

  • License the images for use by others

  • Allow free use of the images by others

  • Use the images for advertising or promotional purposes

  • Alter or edit the images without permission
     

Photographer Rights

• All copyrights remain with the photographer, Inbal Tor-Shalom.
